The company is part of the Brise Hamburg Group and was originally founded in 1983 as a pourly cement trading company. Today it is a specialized company for cement transportation and currently operates a fleet of eight modern cement vessels with a carrying capacity of 3000 to 6750 t (DWCC). The current cement vessel fleet, which is in use for the largest corporations in the cement industry, consists of eight modern, pneumatically self-discharging cement vessels.
